Terms of Service

We do our very best to make sure your experience is awesome, but unfortunately we have to protect ourselves by laying some ground rules.

Shutter Blade Media is not in any way obligated to retain data/footage for a period longer than 30 days from the date created/captured. Hard drives for data/footage storage must be provided by the client unless specified in an itemized invoice or otherwise in writing prior to scheduled service dates.

Shutter Blade Media is not obligated to contact clients prior to data removal from our system. Shutter Blade Media is not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of equipment failure including but not limited to: camera, hard drive or other hardware crashes.

Shutter Blade Media is not obligated to hand over RAW data, video or audio files for any project unless specified in an itemized invoice or otherwise in writing prior to scheduled service dates.

Quotes provided by Shutter Blade Media are valid for fifteen days from the date on which they were created. Once a final product is presented and approved by the client Shutter Blade Media is not responsible for any changes that may occur after approval without compensation for additional changes at applicable rates.

Refunds are never issued once deposit has been paid and/or labor has begun. When you hire Shutter Blade Media for any production service the you agree to these terms and conditions.
